Manual / Attendance & events

Several services a day (service times)

Name your services (1st/2nd, Twi/English) and check-ins go to the right one by time.

People who manage attendance Open in WorshipHQ

If your church holds more than one service a day, set up your service times once. Check-ins then go to the correct service automatically, whether by name, QR code or fingerprint, on every device.

Set it up

  1. 1Go to Settings, then Service times.
  2. 2Choose Add service. Give it a name (e.g. "1st Service" or "Twi Service"), choose the Day, and set when it Starts and Ends.
  3. 3Choose Add service, and repeat for each service (including midweek services).
  4. 4Choose Turn on.

The green box shows which service a check-in right now would go to, so you can confirm it's right.

Early and late arrivals

Someone checking in shortly before a service starts, or just after one ends, joins the nearest service. Set how many minutes counts as "nearest" in Early or late arrivals join the nearest service within (60 by default). Outside that, check-ins go to a general service for the day.

Good to know

  • Someone who attends both services is counted in each.
  • If services overlap, the one that starts later is used during the overlap.
  • A service can't run past midnight.
  • Untick Active on a service to pause it without deleting it.
  • Typing a name when you Start check-in still creates a one-off service, e.g. a special programme.
  • When the next service begins, the open service page shows a banner to switch to it.
