Departments
Create departments like Choir or Ushering and put members in them.
The Main Admin and Admins Open in WorshipHQ
- 1Go to Settings and choose Departments.
- 2Under Add department, type a name (e.g. Choir) and an optional description, then choose Add.
- 3To put members in a department, open a member, choose Edit profile, and tap the department.
A member can belong to several departments. Departments are used across WorshipHQ: filtering People, sending SMS to a department, department budgets, department leaders and attendance breakdowns.
Deleting a department unlinks its members. It doesn't delete them.
