Restoring deleted items
Bring back members, gifts, events and more that were deleted by mistake.
Everything you delete goes to the Recycle bin first: members, visitors, gifts, pledges, expenses, transactions, events, services, budgets, harvest records, departments, zones and fellowships, roles, team members, sermons, notices and more.
Items stay in the Recycle bin for 7 days. After that they are deleted permanently and can't be brought back, so restore anything you need before then. Each item shows how long it has left.
- 1Choose the round bin button in the bottom corner of the screen.
- 2Find the item in the list.
- 3Choose Restore. It returns exactly as it was, with its links (departments, payments and so on).
Delete forever removes an item permanently straight away. Only the Main Admin, Admins and roles allowed to delete can see the Recycle bin.
