Day Born collections

Record Sunday day-born collections by day of the week.

Open in WorshipHQ
  1. 1Go to Day Born. Check the Collection Sunday date (change it to record a previous Sunday).
  2. 2Under Cash Collections by Day, enter the cash total for each day (Sunday-born, Monday-born and so on). The Live Cash Total adds up as you type. Choose Save Amounts.
  3. 3For Mobile Money or bank transfers, choose Add Entry: pick the Day of the Week, Payment Method and Amount, and optionally the person's name and a reference.
  4. 4Check the Week Summary (Cash, MoMo / Bank and Grand Total).
  5. 5Choose the account to deposit into and Post to Accounting.

Each week shows Posted or Pending, so you know what has reached your accounts.
