Bank, Mobile Money and cash accounts
Set up where your money is kept so giving and spending land in the right place.

- 1Go to Accounting and find Accounts. Choose New account.
- 2Enter the Account name (e.g. Main Bank Account), choose the Type (Bank, Mobile Money or Cash), and optionally the bank or provider and number.
- 3Enter the Opening balance (₵) and save.
- Make default: the account chosen automatically when recording money.
- Transfer: move money between accounts, e.g. offering into savings.
- Total across all accounts is shown at the top.
- Money recorded before you had accounts appears under Assign to an account. Pick where each belongs.
