Birthdays and anniversaries

See upcoming birthdays and anniversaries, and send birthday wishes automatically.

Open in WorshipHQ

Birthdays shows who is celebrating today (marked Today!) and who's coming up. Birthdays come from members' date of birth. Anniversaries are wedding anniversaries: add the wedding date on a member's profile under Family and marriage, or ask for it with the Wedding anniversary question on your join form. Both partners get the anniversary wish, if you switch Anniversary on under Reminders.

Find people quickly

  • Today and Next 30 days show who is coming up soon.
  • All opens a By month view first: twelve months with how many birthdays and anniversaries each has. Open a month to see it day by day.
  • Switch to A to Z list for a page-by-page directory, or use the search box to find one person.
  • Choose Birthdays or Anniversaries to show just one kind.

Automatic birthday messages

  1. 1Go to Birthdays and find Birthday reminders.
  2. 2Switch on what you want: Wish members on their birthday, Tell admins whose birthday is today, and Weekly birthday list to admins.
  3. 3Choose Send at: the time of day messages go out, in your church's time zone. For the weekly list, choose the day under Send every.
  4. 4Choose Edit messages to change the wording.
Birthday texts use your SMS credits. Make sure you have enough.
