Edit, message or remove a member

Edit a profile

1. 1Open the person from People.
2. 2Choose Edit profile.
3. 3Change what you need, including photo, departments, zones and fellowships, and Membership status (Active, Inactive or Visitor).
4. 4Choose Save.

Member ID can be changed here too, but it must be unique. Leave it as it is unless you need to renumber.

Send them an SMS

1. 1Open their profile and choose SMS.
2. 2Type your message and choose Send SMS.

It's billed to your SMS credits and shows your church's name as the sender.

Remove a member

1. 1Open their profile and choose the red bin button.
2. 2Confirm. They go to the Recycle bin, so you can restore them within 7 days if it was a mistake.
