Attendance by department, zone and fellowship
See how many came from each group, who came and who didn't.
Open any service that used check-in. Below the check-in area is By department, or By group if you've set up zones and fellowships.
- Switch between Departments, and each of your categories such as Zone or Fellowship.
- Each row shows how many came out of how many members, the turnout percentage, and the split by adults, teens and children.
- Sort by Most present, Best turnout or A to Z, and search for a group.
- Tap a group to see two lists: Came and Didn't check in. That second list is handy for following up absent members.
- Copy summary copies a short text (e.g. "Music Ministry: 18 of 24") to paste into WhatsApp.
A member in two groups counts in both. Members marked inactive are left out of the "didn't check in" list. On the main Attendance page, Departments at recent services shows each group across your last six services.
This only works for services where people were checked in by name. A headcount has no names to break down.
If your church has Groups, a Group option appears alongside Department, Zone and Fellowship in the breakdown, the present list and the trend, so you can see turnout for each cell, ministry or committee.
