Send an SMS to your church
Text everyone, a department, a group, leaders or specific numbers.
Starter plan and above Open in WorshipHQ
- 1Go to Communications and find New broadcast.
- 2Give it a Campaign name so you can find it later (members don't see this).
- 3Under Send to, choose who: Everyone, Active members, Visitors, Church leaders, Group / ministry leaders, By department, By group, or Specific numbers… (type numbers separated by commas, spaces or new lines).
- 4Write your Message. Use Address each person by name to put each person's name in their own text.
- 5Choose Send SMS.
The top of the page shows your SMS credits, Messages sent, People reached and audience. Messages show your church's name as the sender.
Campaign history
Campaign history lists every broadcast with how many were delivered. Open one to see who it went to.
If you don't have enough credits, the broadcast won't send. Choose Buy more credits first. See SMS credits and your sender name.
