Data backups and restoring

Automatic daily backups, backing up now, and going back to an earlier point.

The Main Admin and Admins Open in WorshipHQ

Go to Settings, then Data backups.

  • Automatic daily backup: on by default. Your data is backed up every night.
  • Back up now: make a backup straight away, e.g. before a big change.
  • Restore points: every backup, with its date.

Restore to an earlier point

  1. 1Under Restore points, choose Restore to this point on the backup you want.
  2. 2Check what the backup contains.
  3. 3Type RESTORE to confirm.

Your church goes back to exactly how it was at that point. Login accounts, billing and SMS credits aren't affected. We save your current data as a backup first, so you can undo it.

Backups are encrypted and private. They don't include login passwords or fingerprint data.
