Assets and equipment

Keep a register of church property, instruments and equipment.

Max plan and above Open in WorshipHQ
  1. 1Go to Assets and choose Add asset.
  2. 2Enter the Name (e.g. Yamaha keyboard), Category (General, Audio/Visual, Musical, Furniture, Vehicle, Kitchen, Other), Condition and Location.
  3. 3Add the serial number, purchase date, purchase price and notes if you have them.
  4. 4Choose Save.

The page shows Total assets and Total value. Search or filter by category.
